Reboot Android Device

Reboots the Android device into normal system, bootloader, recovery, or fastboot mode.

Command Syntax

adb reboot
Generic Syntax: adb reboot [bootloader|recovery|sideload|fastboot|download]

Options & Parameters

Flag Description
bootloader Reboot into bootloader (Fastboot mode).
recovery Reboot into recovery partition.
sideload Reboot into recovery sideload mode.
fastboot Reboot into userspace fastbootd mode (Android 10+).
