Enable USB debugging and connect to https://adbtoolkit.com/webadb.

Disable Game Optimizing Service Package

Disable the GOS throttling package for User 0:

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.game.gos

Disable Game Tools and Game Home Stubs

Optionally disable promotional Game Hub services:

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.game.gamehome && adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.game.gametools

How to Re-enable GOS (Undo)

If your device gets too warm during heavy gaming, re-enable GOS anytime:
