Step-by-Step Instructions

Install Projectivy Launcher APK

Install Projectivy Launcher from Google Play Store or sideload via ADB:

adb install -r projectivy-launcher.apk

Grant Custom Launcher Accessibility Permissions

Grant Projectivy permission to override the Home button:

adb shell pm grant com.spocky.projengmenu android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS

Disable Stock Google TV Launcher (Optional for Android TV)

Disables the stock ad-heavy Android TV launcher:

adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.google.android.apps.tv.launcherx
